New year decisions!

Have you made your new year decisions? This is the question I hear frequently during the day. It seems that these guys give so much important to the end of the year that they make a plan for new year and share it with everyone.
I have to make up some new decisions to have something to answer. Need ideas!!!!
And u? Have u made your decisions like: " Para o ano vou fazer isto que este ano nao fiz porque..."

Pick just one resolution:

Lose weight, get in shape, stop smoking, quit drinking, make a tatoo, dye your hair, eat more fruits and vegetables, forgive someone, read more, spend less time watching TV and in the internet, change your passwords, get to bed earlier, learn something new, take up a new hobby, make your genealogical family tree, take a first aid course, reduce the clutter in your life, spend more time with family and friends, learn how to delegate and do more of it, enjoy life more, help others, pay your debts...

Harder than making new year resolutions is to keep them! Making a lasting change in behavior is rarely a simple process, and usually involves a substantial commitment of time, effort, and emotion! Spend some time planning out how you will tackle a major behavior change, start With small steps, set realistic goals, avoid repeating past failures, view relapses as learning opportunities, don't let small stumbles bring you down, reward yourself when you succeed, get support from your friends and family, remember that change is a process, keep your confidence and motivation high, keep working in your goals in february, march...
